Committee Valencia: 21+ on Weekends, Dress Code and Getting There from the AVE Station

· Updated:

Committee is a club at Calle San Vicente Mártir 200 in Valencia, Spain, next to Joaquín Sorolla, the high-speed (AVE) train station. The age limit depends on the night: 18+ on Thursdays and 21+ on Fridays and Saturdays, and the door doesn't let you in wearing shorts.

18+ on Thursdays, 21+ at the weekend

Grupo Salamandra, which runs Committee along with MYA, Akuarela and Convento, publishes the age on every event, and in October 2026 the pattern was clear: Thursday nights from 00:30 to 07:30 are 18+, while Friday and Saturday nights, from 23:59 to 07:30, are 21+. Discoruta notes that some events go for 20+, so check the age on your ticket. Bring an original ID; if you're 19 or 20, Thursday is your night.

Dress code: no shorts

The one rule Committee puts in writing is 'no shorts', and it appears on several sessions. There's no longer list published, but with a 21+ crowd at the weekend people dress up: long trousers, a shirt or a smart top and proper shoes. Skip the sportswear and you won't have problems.

The music

Guides describe the sound as commercial and reggaeton, with pop, house and hip-hop in other listings. Discoruta adds a useful warning: the music belongs to each event, so the name on the flyer matters more than the club's name. That's especially true at the edges of the week.

Friday afternoons and salsa Sundays

Committee has two sessions outside the usual night. On Friday afternoons, from 18:00 to 23:59, 'Teenage Channel' is an 18+ party with an early ticket at €18 with a drink; its Halloween edition on 23 October was listed at €19.35. On Sundays, from 17:30 to 00:30, the Supersalseros crew run a salsa afternoon, announced as 'Discoteca Committee, C/ San Vicente 200 (AVE station)'. If you like Latin dancing, that's the one to note.

Erasmus and students

Erasmus agendas include an Erasmus list at Committee on Fridays and Saturdays; remember that those nights are 21+, so younger exchange students should aim for Thursday. It also hosts university parties: the 'Fin exámenes ETSII' end-of-exams party is on Tuesday 3 November 2026, 18+.

Committee and Moon

Sala Moon, a concert venue also run by Grupo Salamandra, gives Calle San Vicente 200 as its address on Instagram too. They're not the same thing: Committee is the club and Moon is where the gigs happen. We haven't been able to confirm how the two share the building, so if you have a Moon ticket, check which door it's for.

Getting there from the AVE station

If you arrive by high-speed train at Joaquín Sorolla, the club is right by the station. From elsewhere in the city, Discoruta mentions the Jesús Metrovalencia stop and EMT buses 27 and 31. Closing is at 07:30, so plan your way home in advance.

As a price guide, tickets with a drink start from €22 depending on the event, Halloween on 31 October was €27 and New Year's Eve 2026 was listed from €32, from 00:30 to 07:30. Booths start from €200 on the first floor.

For groups, Discoruta lists three levels of booth: First Floor from €200, Petit from €500 and Ghost from €1,500. Two tips from the same guide: a guest list isn't the same as a ticket, and if you book a booth, keep the confirmation and check whether each guest also needs their own ticket.
