Records by day, dancing by night

Resume is not a big club, and that's the point. Its website calls it "a record shop, cocktail bar and intimate dance floor in the heart of Ruzafa", and its Resident Advisor page explains the idea: by day it's about vinyl and slow conversations, at night the groove takes over. The shop opens at midday, and on weekend nights the same room becomes a dance floor with a Void Acoustics sound system. Resident Advisor lists a capacity of 96, so it feels more like a friend's party with a very good sound system than a nightclub. It is also busy: 89 events in 2026 by October, with local and guest DJs. Its own slogan sums it up: come for a record, stay for the night. If big clubs aren't your thing, this is one of the most interesting rooms in Ruzafa.

Getting there and the Ruzafa night

Resume is at C/ del Mestre Josep Serrano 8, in Ruzafa, the neighbourhood south of the Estació del Nord where much of Valencia's electronic night happens.
