How to Get to Havana Cánovas
Havana is at Plaça de Cánovas del Castillo 6, 46005 València, in the Cánovas area of the Eixample, close to Gran Vía. From the centre it's a walk or a short taxi ride.
Dress Code & Entry Requirements
On Friday nights the listing asks for smart dress ("arreglado") and 21+ ("Vibes elegantes · Público +21"). The Saturday tardeo is 18+ and casual. Bring ID.
Cánovas, hits and a 21+ crowd
Havana is on Plaza de Cánovas del Castillo, in the part of the Eixample that people in Valencia associate with a more dressed-up crowd. Grupo Cosmic, which also runs Indiana, Tulum and MUCHO, presents it as a disco club with commercial music and a select atmosphere. The 2026 listings put the sound at pop, hits, reggaeton and house; some directories still call it a salsa club, but that doesn't match the current programme. Friday nights are where the Cánovas reputation shows: the October 2026 listing read "Vibes elegantes · Público +21" and asked for smart dress. Thursday is different, with an exchange-student night run with ESN, "Los jueves de Havana x ESN". Ask us on WhatsApp which night fits your group.
The Saturday tardeo
Before the night, Havana runs a Saturday afternoon session. Its Instagram bio gives 17:30 to 23:15, and its listings 17:00 to 23:30. It's 18+, the dress is casual, and in October 2026 it was cheap: €10 with a drink or €18 with two, and free on the list until 18:30. That makes it a good plan if you want to dance early and still have dinner afterwards, or if your group includes people under 21 who can't come to the Friday night. Tell us on WhatsApp how many you are and we'll put you on the list or get your tickets. It's also the cheapest way to try the club before deciding on a Friday or Saturday night, and the list until 18:30 makes it cheaper still if you arrive early.
Tickets and tables
At night, Discoruta gives entry between €10 and €15, depending on the date. Tables are in the Havana VIP area and started at €120 in October 2026; the final price depends on the night and on the bottles you pick. Halloween on Saturday 31 October 2026 was also on sale. Because Friday nights are 21+, check everyone's age before you book a table for a mixed group. For tickets, the guest list or a table, send us a WhatsApp with the date and the number of people and we'll handle it. Prices are orientative and come from listings checked in October 2026. Thursday nights with ESN are the other option for students, so ask us what the entry conditions are that week.
Getting there
The address is Plaça de Cánovas del Castillo 6, 46005 València. Cánovas is part of the Eixample, near Gran Vía, and it's a central spot: from the old town or from Ruzafa you can walk, or take a short taxi ride. Jagger Club is close by on Gran Vía del Marqués del Túria, and MUCHO is on Carrer de Martí, so the area works well for a night of several stops. For the night session bring ID and dress smart; for the tardeo, casual is fine. If you're coming from Blasco Ibáñez or the Marina, a taxi to Plaza Cánovas is the easy reference: every driver knows it. Check the age on your ticket before you go: Friday nights are 21+.
