Techno in Valencia: Electronic Clubs and Upcoming Dates (2026-27)

The techno clubs in Valencia, Spain are Spook in Pinedo, open since 1984, Barraca in Les Palmeres, open since 1965, and La Rítmica in Albal, plus a city circuit of smaller clubs: Oven, Latex and Resume in Ruzafa, Club Gordo at PROYECTO/ in the old town and Miniclub on Blasco Ibáñez.
Valencia has electronic music in its DNA: Barraca still calls itself the sound of Valencia, a nod to the Ruta del Bakalao years. Today the big nights are outside the centre, in Pinedo, Albal and Les Palmeres, and you'll need a taxi or a bus. The city clubs are smaller and closer to house. The dates below are the ones on sale on 20 October 2026; we review this guide every month.

Spook: Pinedo, Saturdays, since 1984
Spook Club, formerly Spook Factory, is at Carretera del Riu 399 in Pinedo, a district of Valencia by the sea in the south. It opens on Saturdays from 23:00 to 07:30 with techno, hard techno and tech house, it's +18, and with almost 140,000 Instagram followers it's one of the most followed clubs in the city. For its 24 October party, the first two ticket tiers (€15 and €20) had sold out and the second release was €25 with a drink until midnight. For Halloween it runs a shuttle bus from Marina Sur, and on New Year's Eve it stays open until 09:30. In summer it moves part of the programme outdoors with The Garden by Spook, on Saturdays from 17:00 to 01:00.
Barraca: Les Palmeres, since 1965
Barraca, in Les Palmeres, in the municipality of Sueca, about 200 metres from the beach, opened in 1965 and was the centre of the Ruta del Bakalao. Today it programmes techno and house from autumn to spring: its 2026-27 season started on 19 September, and in summer it takes its parties to other venues. On 24 October Lilly Palmer plays, with tickets at €12 without a drink and €17 with one; on Halloween it opens from 17:00 with theBasement. It's +18 and has its own bus service, which is the easiest way to get there.
La Rítmica: Albal, no phones on the floor
La Rítmica is the newest of the big three: it celebrates its first anniversary on 24 October 2026, with a party from 18:00 to 08:00 and first-tier tickets at €15 (€25 at the door). It's in an industrial estate in Albal, about ten minutes from the city, at Camí de la Marjal 52, with a VOID Acoustics sound system, a main room called Sine, a new room called Square that opens on the anniversary, and a seasonal terrace, Triangle. Expect minimal, techno and deep house, and no phones on the dance floor. It sells a monthly pass, too: October Clubber cost €60.
In the city: Oven, Latex and Resume in Ruzafa
Ruzafa is the city's house neighbourhood. Oven Club, on Gran Vía de les Germanies 31, has a Funktion-One sound system and opens Wednesday to Saturday from 23:59 to 07:30 with house, deep house, tech house, disco and electro. It's +18 on Wednesdays and Thursdays and +21 on Fridays and Saturdays; on Saturday 24 October entry was €12 with a drink until 02:00 and the guest list free until 00:30. Latex Club, on Calle Carles Cervera 23, opens Fridays and Saturdays from 23:00 with house, tech house and disco, advance tickets from €10 with a drink and a free guest list until midnight. Resume, on Calle Mestre Josep Serrano 8, is a record shop by day and a small club by night, with events around €10.
Club Gordo, Miniclub and Zulú
Club Gordo is a Friday party with twelve years behind it, now held at PROYECTO/ on Calle de la Sang 9, a step from Plaza del Ayuntamiento. It plays techno, EBM and electro, asks for no phones on the dance floor and costs €12 with a drink, with a free guest list until 00:30. On Blasco Ibáñez, Miniclub opens every night from 00:00 to 07:30 with tech house, house and techno, and in October 2026 it was free from Tuesday to Thursday, the cheapest way to hear electronic music in Valencia. Further out, Zulú Klub in Aldaia is a 400-capacity venue for techno, hardcore and dub, which hosts the Drop'in Caravan free party on 14 November.
Getting to Pinedo, Albal and Les Palmeres
The big clubs are outside the centre, so plan the way back before you go. Spook is about 15 minutes by taxi from the centre, according to a local guide, and on special nights it runs a shuttle bus (for Halloween 2026, from Marina Sur). Barraca, in Les Palmeres near Sueca, has its own bus service. La Rítmica is about ten minutes from the city by car, in the Albal industrial estate. At 07:30, taxis are scarce, so share one or book ahead.
Festivals and summer
Beyond the clubs, Valencia has one-off big nights: Charlotte de Witte plays at Auditorio Marina Sur on 31 October 2026. In summer the electronic calendar moves outdoors: in 2026 there were Jardí Electrònic on 6 June, Tarde Electronic on 13 June and Insomnia Fest by Veles e Vents on 1 and 2 August, and Spook opened its garden on summer Saturday afternoons. Are Barraca and Spook still open?
