Beach Clubs in Valencia: Which Open All Year and Which Only in Summer

Valencia, Spain has two beach clubs that stay open after summer: Marina Beach Club, which programmes all year, and Akuarela Playa, which opens Thursday to Saturday in autumn. L'Umbracle's open-air terrace runs on Fridays and Saturdays until at least 31 October 2026, while Jardines de Tabarca and Sabbia's Terraza Sky have closed for the season.

Most guides to Valencia's beach clubs read as if it were always July. This one is written in October 2026, so it tells you what is actually open now, what closes soon and what comes back next summer. All hours, prices and dates come from each venue's own listings or ticket pages as of 20 October 2026.

Marina Beach Club: open all year

Marina Beach Club sits between the Marina and Las Arenas beach and works as a full complex: a club, a pool with sunbeds and cocoons, and two restaurants, Panorama and Playa Palapa, the second one on the sand. According to its FAQ, the club opens from 18:30 to 03:30 between June and December (17:30 to 03:30 from January to June), and the pool from 11:00 to 18:00 from July to October (11:00 to 17:00 until June). Each night has a different style: disco, reggaeton, hits, swing, hip-hop or house. Some pool-terrace parties close for the year at the end of October (the hip-hop night on 28 October and the hits night on 29 October), and in November and December the night moves mainly to Playa Palapa on Fridays and Saturdays, with dates such as Kathy K on 6 November, Franky Rizardo on 14 November and Christmas parties on 11 and 18 December. Whether the pool stays open in November isn't published.

Prices on its October 2026 listing: €10 advance without a drink and €15 with one on Friday 23 October, and night VIP tables from €120. The house rules are clear: +18 for the club and the pool, and no sportswear, no swimwear outside the pool, no fancy dress and no hen or stag party accessories. That last one matters if you're planning a group celebration.

Akuarela Playa: every night in summer, Thursday to Saturday in autumn

Akuarela Playa is on the Malvarrosa seafront, at Calle Eugènia Viñes 152, in a building with indoor rooms, private areas and a garden. In August 2026 it advertised seven parties on seven nights. Some listings still say it only opens from June to September, but its own calendar shows it open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 23:59 to 07:30 through autumn, plus the 80s, 90s and 2000s tardeo on Saturdays from 17:00. On Thursday 22 October entry was €16 with a drink until 01:30 (€21 with two), with a free guest list until 01:00; tables start at €150. What happens from December to March hasn't been published yet.

L'Umbracle Terraza: open-air until the end of October

L'Umbracle isn't on the beach, but it's Valencia's best-known open-air summer club: a 4,000 m² garden under the Umbracle walkway in the City of Arts and Sciences, sharing the site with MYA. Its calendar has Friday and Saturday nights from 23:00 to 07:00 up to Saturday 31 October 2026, at €22 with a drink and tables from €200. After that date no closing or reopening has been announced, so check with us before planning a November night there. If it's closed, MYA, the indoor club downstairs, opens all year.

Closed for the season: Jardines de Tabarca and Sabbia

Jardines de Tabarca, on the Valencia to Ademuz road in La Pobla de Vallbona, is a summer terrace-club with a pool area that opens on Saturdays until sunrise. Its 2026 season started in mid-May and closed on 19 September. It opens once more for Halloween on Saturday 31 October, from 01:00 to 07:30, +18, dressy, from €16, with pool VIP tables from €150. After that it's closed until next summer; no 2027 date has been announced. Sabbia's Terraza Sky on Paseo de Neptuno, home to the HOLOS sunset sessions, held its last one on 9 October 2026 and said goodbye until next season.

And Patacona, El Saler or a rooftop?

We found no night-time beach club with 2026 activity in Patacona (Alboraia), Pinedo or El Saler; their summer nightlife is the local festivals, with DJs and street parties. Keo Keo Beach House in El Perellonet hosts promoter parties (two Halloween nights on 30 and 31 October) but publishes no regular schedule. If what you want is a drink with a view rather than a beach, Atenea Sky on Plaza del Ayuntamiento opens every day all year, and the Veles e Vents rooftop in the Marina hosts events. Hours on the waterfront also follow their own rule: Valencia's 2026 order allows seafront and port venues to open from 10:00 to 04:00 when the city council declares it.

Going by 2026, the summer calendar fills up from May: Jardines de Tabarca opened its Saturdays in mid-May, Akuarela went to seven nights a week in August, L'Umbracle ran wine-and-music nights in July and Spook moved part of its programme outdoors with The Garden by Spook.
