Autumn: Halloween and the start of the season
October opens with the 9 d'Octubre, the Valencian Community's day, and in 2026 a week of fireworks from 8 to 16 October. The clubs' autumn season was already running: Barraca reopened on 19 September and La Rítmica in Albal on 26 September. The big night is Halloween, on Saturday 31 October 2026, the eve of a public holiday. Discoruta already lists 45 parties in Valencia, from MYA and Akuarela to Marina Beach Club, Spook and Barraca, and the 2026 hours order lets clubs stay open an extra hour that night. Our Halloween guide has prices and times. November and the first half of December are full-on term time: Erasmus Wednesdays, university Thursdays and the electronic calendar, with Héctor Oaks at Spook on 7 November and Barraca's Technology night on 14 November.

Winter: Christmas, New Year's Eve and January
As of 20 October 2026, no club had announced a Christmas Eve party; Marina Beach Club's Playa Palapa has Christmas parties on 11 and 18 December and a session on Friday 25 December. New Year's Eve is a different story: seven parties were already on sale, including Marina Beach Club from €30 plus fees, Akuarela from €25 with a drink and MYA at €42, and the hours order allows 90 extra minutes. In 2025-26 the city council also held a free party with DJs in Plaza del Ayuntamiento, with access from 22:00; the 2026 programme hasn't been published. January is quieter (UPV exams until 8 January) with a local holiday on Friday 22 January for San Vicente Mártir. Electronic music keeps going: Barraca has Carlos Pérez and K-Style on 23 January 2027 and its La Ruta anniversary on 13 February.

February and March: new students and Fallas
The UPV's second semester starts on 1 February 2027, and the second wave of exchange students arrives in late January. Then comes the biggest week of the year. Several calendars put the Fallas 2027 from 15 to 19 March (one says 14 to 19). According to the advance of the city's fallas decree, street parties with DJs, known as verbenas, are allowed on 13 March and from 15 to 18 March; the hours depend on the final decree (for 2026 a secondary guide gave 22:00 to 04:00). The Nit del Foc fireworks are on the night of 18 to 19 March and the Cremà, when the monuments burn, on 19 March from 20:00. The 19th, San José, is a holiday and falls on a Friday; the 18th is not. The UPV has a Fallas break from 17 to 19 March. We'll publish a full Fallas night guide when the decree is out.
Spring: Easter and the terraces
Easter 2027 brings Good Friday on 26 March and Easter Monday on 29 March, both regional holidays, plus San Vicente Ferrer on Monday 5 April, a local holiday in the city; the UPV's Easter break runs from 25 March to 5 April. From May the outdoor season starts. In 2026 Jardines de Tabarca opened its Saturdays in mid-May and kept going until 19 September, so expect something similar in 2027, though nothing is announced yet. Our beach clubs guide will have the 2027 openings from April.

Summer: San Juan, the July Fair and festivals
San Juan is the night of 23 to 24 June. In 2026 the city allowed bonfires only in a marked stretch of Malvarrosa and Cabanyal beaches, kept the beaches open until 04:00 and reinforced metro and bus services; the 2027 rules aren't out yet, and in 2027 the 24th stops being a regional holiday. Festivals already dated: Bigsound on 18 and 19 June 2027 at Parc Central in Torrent and Peligro Fest on 3 July 2027. July is usually the month of the Feria de Julio: in 2026 the Gran Fira ran from 1 to 26 July, with the Vivers concerts from 2 to 25 July; 2027 dates are pending. August is high season at the beach (in 2026 Akuarela opened seven nights a week), with the Insomnia Fest by Veles e Vents on 1 and 2 August 2026 and the El Saler festivities from 6 to 9 August.

September: back to class
The year closes where it began. In 2026 the Universitat de València welcomed its international students on 7 September and the UPV on 10 September, the summer terraces said goodbye in mid-September and the electronic clubs reopened (Barraca on 19 September, La Rítmica on 26 September). Expect the same rhythm in 2027: welcome weeks in the first half of September and the club season in full swing by October.

Which nights clubs close later
Valencia's clubs normally close at 07:30 at the latest under the Comunitat Valenciana's 2026 hours order (Orden 3/2025, DOGV of 22 December 2025). That order adds 90 minutes on New Year's Eve and 60 minutes on 31 October, 24 December, 8 October and 5 January. Fallas hours are set separately by the city council. The 2027 order is published every December, and we'll update this section then.
